Once the complaint has been received a member of our team will look into this within 30 minutes. Once we have found out what is happening and why this is happening we will then be back in touch with you to let you know what actions have been taken in order to resolve this. If we cant resolve the issue within 2 hours then your complaint will be escalated and our Level 2 team will be in touch and resolve this issue for you.
