If you are not happy with the web or email hosting service that you have been provided then you can get in touch with our customer services team by calling 02380 000 770 or by logging into your Client Portal and creating a support ticket with our Customer Services team. We will deal with all complaints in the fastest manner possible and aim to resolve them within 24 hours of the initial complaint.

If you are not happy with the resolution to your complaint then please let us know and we will escalate the complaint to our level 2 team who will be in touch with you.
