Adhoc IT Support
If you don’t require ongoing IT Support and just need us to remote in or visit you every now and then we are more than happy to help you! Our Adhoc rate is £65/hour, billed in 15 minute increments. Adhoc support users can also take advantage of our remote management and monitoring allowing us to monitor and protect your systems from £6 per device per month. Adhoc technical support is available 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Monthly recurring IT Support
If you are a company with 3 members of staff or more then we would recommend our monthly recurring IT Support service which will allow you to pre-purchase a block of technical support hours or purchase technical support hours on a monthly basis. Purchasing block or monthly recurring hours qualifies you for our discounted technical support rate of £50/hour and also gives you and your business priority technical support.
Onsite Technical Support
We are more than happy to travel to your home or your office to take a look into any IT issues that you have or to install new hardware for you. We have a basic callout fee of £15 for areas within 10 miles of the SO14 5FE postcode and then any extra miles are billed at 80p per mile. Onsite technical support is available 9am – 5pm, Monday – Friday.
Remote management and monitoring
We love monitoring services and hardware to ensure that it is running as efficiently as it can be. Our remote management and monitoring software starts from £6 per device per month, for Desktop computers, and £20 per device per month, for servers. Our Remote management and Monitoring software also comes with our Managed AntiVirus allowing you to have peace of mind know your systems are secure from threats.
